How much are care management fees?
Care management is a service all providers must provide regardless of whether the client is self-managing or accessing full case management services.
The Government capped the fee providers can charge for care management at 20%. Our care management fee for self-management is just 8%, the lowest in the market.

At Homecare My Way, we offer two flexible care management services to match your preferred level of support and independence:
Self Management
For those who enjoy a greater level of independence, our Self-Management option lets you take full control of your care. You choose, hire and manage your own team of service providers according to your care plan — but we’re always available to provide support as needed and help you make the most of your package.
Once you register your chosen providers with us, we handle the compliance checks to ensure they meet our standards.
Self Management Plus
If you’d prefer more assistance with setting up your care, Self-Management Plus provides additional support from our team. We’ll find and onboard providers according to your care plan and handle all compliance checks to ensure high-quality service.
Once your care team is in place, we pass daily management to you but continue to check in regularly to maximise your benefits.
Both models are designed to make changing home care package providers seamless. They offer personalised support so you can confidently manage your care on your terms.
